Over the past couple of months I've Restructured my training, after evaluating small imbalances, & signs of overtraining that were causing pain and concerns for potential chronic injury I decided to invest in some educated advice in the area of Functional Mobility. Tom helped get me back to some functional basic training techniques and re establish proper form and body mechanics Improving my mobility and range of motion with strategic mobility training & release stretches & techniques. Over the past 7 weeks I've notice complete elimination of knee pain and decreased hip tightness, improved range of motion in my shoulders functional movement & over all better training strategies. We can all use the knowledge, assistance & motivation from others.

Big shout out to Hollie. She was a client who worked with me for 4.5 mos and sent me her last update shortly after I went out on my own and left a big commercial gym employer.
This is what she sent on July 19th - Tom - I wanted to tell you some awesome news! Claire and I did an assessment yesterday and the results are (from start of program..March)
Lost - 12 lbs
Gained - 13.5 lbs of muscle
Fat % went from 36.7 to 21.6
Lost 10 inches (in total)
So crazy!!! Was on cloud 9!

Thanks Tom for all your help. Through your guidance and expertise I no longer have shoulder pain and can finally do a proper squat. I have to admit there were a lot of things I had problems with. The knowledge of how to do things the proper way is something so valuable and I will have that for life. Working with Tom was a really positive experience for me. I really appreciated that he tailored his training style based on my abilities and goals. When I started with you I was a hot mess.. couldn't squat properly, had terrible upper and lower cross (not that I knew what that was) and essentially had to be taught how to stretch everything from my toes up to my neck.
My postural issues were affecting my daily work as a nurse.
I had persistent low back pain from a previous injury and assumed I would always have to live with it..but then you came along and generously offered me free help ..until I was convinced that I needed to sign up for some training.
Within 6 weeks of working with you, you corrected my posture and taught me what I needed to do daily to ensure I didn't have to suffer any longer.
Today I have ZERO back pain, my posture is great and I can finally squat properly!
